PAYMENT POLICY:

All goods must be paid for immediately after purchase.

Paypal and credit cards are all accepted methods of payment.

Postage costs are subject to change and buyers will be notified.

DELIVERY POLICY:

All goods will be shipped within the specified time frame as stated in item details.

Delivery times are dependant upon Australia post and any other mail carrier.

DOMESTIC POSTAGE

All care is taken with the calculation of postage rates. Some actual postage charges may differ depending on the location within Australia. The rates charged by Danoah are as fair as I can make them. You will not be charged anymore if the postage rates are actually more. Nor will you be refunded if the rates are actually charged less. Rates may differ by only a few dollars either way.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE

All international postage rates are for air mail and may or may not have a tracking service, depending on the country (please check with me prior to purchase, if this is important to you). 

REFUND POLICY:

Due to health reasons and the tender age of the little ones our goods are being purchased for, Danoah does not accept returns.

Only if our product is faulty (which would be very rare) will we accept returns and issue refunds, within 7 DAYS of receiving yourgoods.

So you can be assured that your items have never been out of the Danoah studio!
