Q. When will I receive my order?

A. All orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks, but sometimes earlier. 

Q. Am I able to track my order?

A. Depends. Any orders that have been charged $8.25 or over for postage have tracking, any postal charges under this amount do not have tracking.

EG/ Any quilt or quilt set will have tracking. But a single bib will not.

Q. What payments methods do you accept?

A. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal payments

Q. Where are your products made?

A. All our products are handmade in Sydney Australia

Q. Do you do custom orders / changes?

A. You can always ask the question! It all depends on what your are wanting. But there is a surcharge on all custom orders, but once again that depends on what you are wanting to change. Just contact us via the contact page and we will get back to you within 24 hours (more that likely much sooner than that)

Q. Do you accept returns?

A. No. Unless there is a fault with our product, which would be a very rare thing.
